After choosing your preferred appointment date/ time for any mobile service, we will reach out to confirm your appointment time. As we are a mobile operation, this ensures we provide a realistic and prompt time frame to clients.
Concierge nursing, care management, and spiritual care support consults are virtual appointments. Subsequent appointments will be arranged directly with each provider.

Appointment Policy
Mobile Wellness Services – Cancellation, Rescheduling & Attendance
To ensure we deliver timely, personalized, and well-prepared care to every client, please review our updated service policy:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made greater than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, based on provider discretion. We understand that life happens, so communication is key.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule without penalty if the reschedule request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
Reschedule requests less than 24 hours of the appointment may be considered cancellations and follow the cancellation policy above.
No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
A no-show (failure to be present at the scheduled time and location without notice) will result in a $50 no show fee.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened at the provider’s discretion, and may be considered a no-show depending on circumstances.
Repeated no-shows/ cancellations will require full prepayment for future bookings.
